Natalia is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Fluent where she acts as an advocate for the user and leverages business objectives to produce high impact insights from detailed analysis. She is familiar with a range of research methods, specializing in qualitative and ethnographic research. Natalia is driven by her desire to contribute to a more caring, equitable and empathetic world grounded by thoughtful research practices, active listening, and compelling storytelling. She takes a forward-thinking cultural, analytical, and personalized approach to equipping media and technology companies with an understanding of the needs of their users.

Prior to Fluent, Natalia led research investigating how users experience intimacy with Amazon Alexa and conceptualize their relationship to AI. She has worked with clients conducting mixed-method research to improve UI design and user experience.

Natalia received her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Bryn Mawr College.
